The Yakima Atheist Community was formed when a group of individuals got together from the Yakima Atheists & Agnostics Meetup group. They quickly realized that a safe place did not really exist for atheists and skeptics in Yakima. Now, we are working on how to form that safe space, and how we can help others in our community.
Mission: The Yakima Atheist Community is an educational nonprofit organization dedicated to building a positive community of atheists, promoting secular values, and advocating for the separation of religion and government.
